One of Spirit Esports’ core values is its commitment to youth development. Our goal is to develop players’ skills in a structured, professional environment  from in-game knowledge to teamwork, communication, and even mental preparedness.

Our training programs are led by experienced coaches and specialists who support players with modern tools and personalized development plans, helping them reach a competitive level or further build their esports careers.

As a founding member of the Hungarian Esports Academic Network, and in cooperation with the Hungarian Esports Federation, our training programs represent the highest standards in the Hungarian ecosystem.
