At Spirit Esports, we believe in building from the ground up, which is why we created an open and structured Rainbow Six: Siege development pathway where anyone can join as a "Spiriter". The journey starts with academy training, followed by academy competitions, then progression into the main academy team, and ultimately the Spirit main team. Our goal is to support motivated players with clear development steps and long-term opportunities, and we warmly welcome everyone who wants to grow and compete with us.
