Spirit vs Wild – A Hungarian El Clásico Opens the Season

The 2025 Rainbow Six Siege season has officially kicked off, and we couldn’t have asked for a more intense opening match. Facing off against Wild — our long-standing rivals — always brings the heat. In what many fans of the Hungarian scene consider an “El Clásico” matchup, the clash once again lived up to the hype.

We battled it out on Nighthaven Labs, a dynamic and fast-paced map that tested both strategy and nerves. The final score? A razor-thin 8-6 overtime loss. It was one of those matches where every round felt like a final, and the tension was sky-high from start to finish.

At 5-2, we were on the brink of sealing the win. A nail-biting 1v1 clutch could have ended the game in our favor, but it slipped away — and from there, Wild managed to crawl back into the match.

We brought out a lot of shield play, which turned out to be a great tactical call, creating space and controlling rounds effectively. One of the brightest sparks of the match was Falco, whose electric performance set the tempo and gave us multiple opportunities to turn the tide.

Considering this was our first official match as a new squad, the chemistry, comms, and structure already show serious promise. We’re proud of how we performed and motivated to go even harder in the upcoming weeks.

GG WP to Wild. The fire’s lit — on to the next one.
